Our house blend Moroccan mix has similar qualities to a Berbere blend with emphasis more on lemon, garlic and a dash of cinnamon. Every customer who has sniffed it has purchased some! We suggest you dust it over your BBQ favorites or switch it out for something that you typically use curry powder in as an experiment since the base of this blend starts with Cumin, coriander and some dashes of Turmeric; the basics of curry.
Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Lemon Peppercorn, Toasted Onion, Garlic, Turmeric, Hot Paprika, Sweet Paprika, Cinnamon, Lemon Peel Granules.
