Green curry is a popular Thai dish believed to have originated in the early 20th century. The flavor base is green curry paste, which is usually made from a combination of mango, green chilies, shrimp paste, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, peppercorns, makrut limes, and cumin seeds.
Use half of this jar with a can of sweetened coconut milk and fish sauce to taste to make a quick, delicious, spicy and sweet Thai chili meal every bit as good as what your get at a Thai restaurant. Add the protein of your choice or just vegetables (any) and serve with rice. Will moderate heat: doable without setting your mouth on fire. Increase the heat with the addition a little birds-eye pepper (sold here too). Simple, filling, delicious, and amazing!
