This Molinillo is old, vintage, and fully functional although I think it is better for decoration.    It is beautiful, handcrafted, with a lovely patina.

Traditional molinillo are perfect tool for making hot chocolate , a charming old world tool, still used today.  This molinillo has been around for a few generations at least, I'd say. Typically hand carved from a single piece of wood, the molinillo is the traditional tool for making sure you have a nice foam over your chocolate.
